Dear Parents and Students,

The year 2010 marked the beginning of an era as the gates of Shanti Industrial Training Institute opened to cater to the education needs in vocational training. This institution was created with an objective of providing an outstanding 360 degree education in character building, leadership, training and practical activities along with academics along with a very strong, dedicated and capable team of educators who became the driving force in the growth of the Institute.

As we are ready to set our foot in the 9th year of functioning in few months time, it gives me immense pleasure to share with you that Shanti Industrial Training Institute has been one of the best ITI’s imparting knowledge and skils needed to excel in various fields. The Institute has always set high standards for it’s students as well as staff, which shows through our 100% result year by year.

The journey that is laced beautifully with triumphs would not have been possible without you. I thank you parents, in all humility for your generosity in time, talents and resources. Thank you for constantly supporting us in every step we take and reposing your confidence in us. I speak for the entire team of SITC, Digha in saying we would not accomplish what we do without your help. I deeply cherish the revered bond we have formed with you over the years. Thank you for entrusting us with the future of your children, for entrusting us to mold and sculpt their minds, enrich their souls and ignite the spark of lifelong learning in them.

I also congratulate all our students for displaying exceptional hard work in the pursuit of excellence by achieving distinctions in academics and practicals. Their dedication and respect makes me proud.

I take this opportunity to acknowledge the extreme hard work of our dedicated staff and faculty to keep your Institute at the zenith of success.

It is rightly said that “A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards its achievement” and we are committed in taking constructive and purposeful actions to produce optimistic, independent, compassionate, life-long learners and leaders who will bring glory to the Institute, the State and the Nation.
